We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@enamelhappy.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 140 Goring Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN13 4PH.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@enamelhappy.co.uk.

Regarding purchases made for Christmas gifts we will honour a longer returns period. Please contact us by January 20th. You must contact us before you return the item and we can organise an exchange or full refund in this instance.

You will be responsible for the cost of return unless the item is faulty.

Any item returned without first contacting us may be exempt from receiving a refund.

When you have received confirmation from Enamelhappy that you can return your item, please send it back in the original packaging to the return address on your original order/package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and packaging costs for returning your item. Shipping and packaging costs are not refundable.

Please obtain proof of postage when returning your item. This is a free service offered by Royal Mail/Post Office in the UK. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and you may need to make a claim against the shipping company. 

 

Faulty Goods

Please check your entire order as soon as it arrives and email us at hello@enamelhappy.co.uk if anything is damaged or faulty within 5 days. Faulty goods returned within 14 days will be replaced with new ones.

Accidental damage is not covered so please look after your Enamelhappy. All faulty items must be returned with proof of purchase in order to obtain a replacement.

Please obtain proof of purchase when you return your item. This is a free service offered by Royal Mail/Post Office in the UK. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and you may need to make a claim against the shipping company.

 

Non Refundable Items

Sale items, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Items that have been damaged by you.

 

Refunds

On receipt of the item we will refund you in full for your order, including the shipping cost via the original payment method. We will not refund the shipping cost to return the item.

The item must be undamaged and sent back in the original packaging.

We refuse the right to refuse a refund if part of the original item is missing or it has been damaged on return.

Refunds are made to the original purchaser only.

 

Missing a Refund?

If you haven't received your refund, please first check your bank details, contact your credit card company and check with your bank how long it takes a refund to reach your bank account. There is often a delay with banks processing refunds.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged.

Exchanges are made to the original purchaser only.
